Dividing inheritance, 1924
Dividing the inheritance of Shah Rustam Bayg. The document lists Shah Rustam Bayg's inheritors, their descendents, and their inheritors. The inheritance consists of some properties in ‘Ishrat Abad, Qulhak, Shimiran that are being divided in the presence of some of the inheritors, some of whom also represent the absentees. According to this document, for up to fifty years after the agreement, the claims of whoever makes a claim against someone else will be voided and they will need to pay five hundred tumans to the others.

1- The dispute of Zaynab Khanum, Shah Sanam Khanum, and ‘Ali Akbar, the son of Karbalayi Husayn, with Hasan, the son of Karbalayi Muhammad Baqir, and ‘Abbasquli over a property was settled by the payment of total of 3 tumans to Zaynab Khanum, Shah Sanam Khanum, and ‘Ali Akbar, each receiving 1 tuman (March 9, 1924). 2- Shah Sanam Khanum and Zaynab Khanum, the daughters of Karbalayi Ismai‘l, have given power of attorney to Mirza Ahmad to sell their share of a piece of land near ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi] spring to Karbalayi Hasanquli, the son of ‘Abbas, in exchange for 5 tumans (May 13, 1924).

Power of attorney and sale document of Aqa Baygum Khanum, 1914
On February 25, 1914, Aqa Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Haji Riza Quli Bayg and the wife of Ahmad Khan Sultan [from] Bakhshayish, gave power of attorney to Haji Mirza ‘Ali Asghar Aqa, the son of Haji ‘Ali Akbar [from] Bakhshayish, for selling of some properties at the village of Turkampur in the district of Mihran Rud; on April 13, 1914, Haji ‘Ali Asghar sold this property to Aqa Hasan Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for six hundred and twenty nine tumans.

Abu Talib Khan has settled some properties in Dihkhavariqan with Iʻzam Lashgar, son of Lutfʻali Khan Mir Panjah, for 500 tumans on June 7, 1924. On the margin, Rukhsarah Khanum, known as Khanum Aqa, mother of Abu Talib, has given her permission for this settlement on June 15, 1924.

Dilshad Khanum has settled one-third of the shared ownership, including one-sixth of Gavahir village, along with the mill and six-sevenths of three-sixths of Musa Bulaghi's village, with Iʻtizad al-Mamalik for 500 tumans. On margin: Iʻtizad al-Mamalik has transferred the ownership of this third of the shared ownership of one-sixth of Gavahir village and its attachments, which are mentioned in the document, to the three sons and three daughters of Mirza Musa Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya. Power of attorney given by Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn Sahib Tajir-i Turk [Turkish merchant], son of Muhammad Hasan, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin in order to get the inheritance of the late Bibi Khavar Sultan, daughter of Sayyid Ashraf al-Din and wife of Haji [illegible]; one-ninth of her inheritance was transferred to the late Bibi Fatimah Baygum (Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn's wife) but Haji Sayyid Muhammad Mawla has seized it now.
